I loved my stay at Granbell! The outdoor onsen was fantastic, and the location was perfect, just steps away from the subway. My only concerns were the small room and limited space for luggage. I'd recommend this hotel!

I enjoyed my stay at Granbell, especially the lovely rooftop onsen, which I used every day. The location is great, just a short walk to parks and restaurants. The gym was a bit limited though.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was amicable. Exceptionally comfortable beds, coffee/tea making equipment, an electric kettle, and an electronic key card in the room. The favourable location for the price, near to Sapporo as well as Susukino. Also, in the middle of jackson.

Breakfast choices could use a bit more variety.

we had a wonderful stay at the granbell. the location was fantastic, making it easy for us to explore the area. the subway station was conveniently nearby, allowing us to navigate effortlessly. our room was spotlessly clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. we enjoyed the good buffet breakfast, which had a variety of delicious options. additionally, the staff were polite and accommodating, always ready to assist us with our needs and inquiries.
Nothing to complain about! 😊.

I had a fantastic Christmas stay! The location couldn't be better, right next to the subway and super close to shopping and dining options. The newly renovated rooms are quite spacious and modern, which made lounging after a day of exploring a real treat. Plus, the public baths were a highlight-I loved relaxing in the indoor onsen!
On the flip side, I was a bit bummed that room cleaning only happened every three days, and it would’ve been nice to have complimentary water daily. the staff seemed somewhat inflexible and didn’t always speak English well. Despite these minor issues, the experience was still enjoyable overall!

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel for a week with my family while exploring the area. The location was perfect, right above a subway station, making it easy to get around. Our clean and comfortable room accommodated our luggage well, and the buffet breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. The staff was polite and helpful, and we appreciated the separate onsen and the availability of laundry facilities. Free amenities like onsen towels and tea were a thoughtful touch.
I totally recommend this hotel.
