charming, charming, charming
I recently stayed for 3 nights in a cozy Double Room that made me feel instantly at home. The open-air bath was a delightful way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the vibrant nightlife right outside added an exciting touch to the evenings. Plus, the proximity to the subway made my sightseeing adventures incredibly easy!
100% recommend 😍❤️

The onsen area was a delightful retreat, offering
a perfect end to our busy days exploring Sapporo. The room we booked was cozy and clean, but it felt a bit cramped for two people with larger luggage. Overall, a pretty good experience!

Convenient location with easy access to subway.
The self check-in machine was confusing, and I encountered issues because it didn't accept cash payments. Also, I was disappointed that only one of the two promised cleaning days was fulfilled. Additionally, the staff seemed inattentive. one receptionist appeared to not care about our check-in experience at all.

great location but small room
The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help during our stay. Our family comfortably occupied side-by-side rooms, each with enough space for our luggage and belongings. The breakfast selection exceeded our expectations, featuring various delicious options that catered to all tastes. I appreciated having easy access to nearby convenience stores for quick snacks before heading out for the day.
The room felt a bit cramped when we had all our luggage out.

The corner double room effectively utilized space, though it felt a bit cramped with larger luggage. The onsen was a welcome retreat after a day of exploring, complemented by a fantastic buffet breakfast featuring an array of delicious options, including Chinese dishes. Despite having great access to the subway, parking arrangements posed some challenges for longer trips. Overall, the attentive staff made the experience enjoyable, but more clarity on parking solutions would enhance future visits.
